Noxify ("Noxify," "we," "us," or "our") provides AI-powered voice receptionist, appointment scheduling, and business automation services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our website, services, and integrations.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how Noxify is configured and used, we may process:

• Business contact information, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and company details.
• Caller information provided during phone interactions, such as a caller's name, phone number, appointment preferences, and information needed to handle the request.
• Appointment and scheduling information.
• Call metadata and, when enabled for a customer's configuration, call transcripts or recordings.
• Technical and usage information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
• Google user data that an authorized user permits Noxify to access through Google APIs.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and operate Noxify, including to answer and route calls, identify callers, maintain business records, check appointment availability, create or manage appointments, write caller and booking records to a customer's own spreadsheet, provide requested automations and integrations, secure and troubleshoot the service, and comply with applicable law.

3. Google user data

When a user connects a Google account, Noxify may request access to the Google services needed for the features the user chooses to enable. For scheduling features this may include Google Calendar data such as calendars, event times, event identifiers, availability, and event details necessary to create, find, update, or delete appointments. For lead-logging features this may include Google Sheets data limited to the spreadsheets the user designates for Noxify to write to.

Noxify uses Google user data only to provide the functionality requested by the user or business that authorized the integration. We do not sell Google user data, use it for targeted advertising, or use it to build advertising profiles. We do not use Google user data to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Noxify's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Storage and retention

Noxify may process or store information necessary to complete scheduling and automation workflows. We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain legitimate business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect the service.

Authentication tokens and credentials used to connect third-party services are handled through the integration infrastructure used to operate the service and are not intentionally exposed to callers or other customers.

5. Service providers and sharing

We may use service providers and infrastructure partners for functions such as cloud hosting, automation workflows, communications, AI voice processing, and calendar integrations. Information may be processed by those providers only as necessary to support the service. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or security.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share caller information with other Noxify customers.

6. Call recording and transcription

Where recording or transcription is enabled for a customer's configuration, the customer is responsible for providing any notices and obtaining any consents required in their jurisdiction. We can configure a spoken disclosure at the start of calls on request, and recording can be disabled entirely.

7. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

8. Your choices and data requests

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with you or your business, contact info@noxify.co. Where applicable, we will process requests in accordance with law and contractual obligations.

9. Revoking Google access

You can revoke Noxify's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account security settings. Revoking access may disable features that depend on Google services, such as calendar availability, appointment management, and spreadsheet logging.

10. Children's privacy

Noxify is designed for businesses and is not intended as a standalone consumer service for children. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children through our business website.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date shown on this page reflects the latest revision.
